We have a number of communication channels to support the community. You can find us on:

Synchronous communication¶

• Co-working sessions: hosted on the second Friday of each month for 1 hour (add EDS book Community Calendar). The session is open to everyone.

Async community support channels¶

If you’re looking for asynchronous support or chat with the EDS book community, there are a lot of options:

• Start a discussion on EDS book repository.
• Open an issue to report bugs or request features.

Open Research Communities¶

We collaborate and amplify the work of other open research communities below.

• Pangeo: an international community promoting open, reproducible, and scalable big data geoscience. This community provides documentation, develops and maintains software, and deploys computing infrastructure to make geoscience research and programming easier.
